色々と分からない部分があるので、とある契約してるレンタルサーバー業者に電話で問い合わせしてみようと試みるが、電話が込み合ってるのでまた掛けなおしてくれとアナウンスが流れる。時間を変え、日にちを変えてもつながる気配がない。 仕方ないのでメールで問い合わせるとちゃんと返事が返ってくる。 うーん、電話でのサポートをしたくないみたいな感じがする。まー仕事をしてると分かるが、電話でのサポートってのは大変だからな。
